As the Telecom Service Manager, I am responsible for maintaining equipment and networks that provide interactions between data and voice communications. I am also responsible for performing administrative duties for executive management, like overseeing the telecom departments and making sure they are well managed and administered.
Before working at Advantage, I worked as a regional sales support supervisor and managed the support team at a top 10 telecommunications company overseeing multiple sales channels across the nation. I have extensive experience in customer account management, escalation support, and interdepartmental liaison for customer implementation of telecommunication services.
When I’m not at the office, I love to spend time with my family, especially my grandchildren.
