As a systems administrator at Advantage Technology, I manage and support customers servers, workstations, software applications, hardware issues, and network hardware. I also install and support ShoreTel phone systems. A lot of my work can be done remotely, so I can quickly address problems as they arise.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked primarily in medical IT, servicing doctor’s offices, clinics, and hospitals for over 10 years.
In my free time, I enjoy being involved with youth sports and spending time with my family.
