As a Business Development Executive at Advantage Technology, I aim to strategically assist our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients with best-in-class IT solutions. I am an IT generalist at the core, but I love the people side of technology, and I have an extensive background in project management, systems engineering, and IT operations. This allows me to be well-positioned to have greater client focus and have greater insight to solve problems in business operations.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I’ve had the honor and opportunity to work in different IT roles in many different verticals such as banking, healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, construction, and O&G over the last 16 years.
In my free time, I enjoy entertaining as a musician / DJ, playing tennis, and creating travel and blog videos. I also enjoy a good podcast, continually learning new skills, and spending time with my wife and two daughters.
Notable Achievements
As a project manager for a SaaS company, I created and piloted a standardized organizational change management plan to help with customer onboarding. This was fully adopted by the implementation and training teams.
As an SE in 2020, I was able to help close 4.5M in revenue across West Virginia and Pennsylvania markets in a span of about 10 months.
In 2017, I developed and created a CRM tool for an oil and gas solutions company, enabling sales and accounting to keep track of sales opportunities, additionally saving them thousands of dollars in OpEx licensing annually.
In 2014, I created a data center walkthrough procedure for an international bank in Pittsburgh, identifying over 900 errors not found over SNMP or other monitoring systems, granting me a Technology Achievement Award.
