As a Systems Engineer at Advantage Technology, I service client’s workstations, servers, networks, and entire IT infrastructures. My support responsibilities include both proactive and reactive support as well as help clients install, plan, and upgrade their IT needs. I do my best to make sure our customers can perform their day-to-day duties using technology in the best and most efficient ways.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked at a small managed service provider in South Charleston for a little over six years.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my bike, paddling in my kayak, learning new things and tinkering with projects. I also enjoy serving my community as a volunteer reserve officer with the Dunbar Police Department. As a result of my commitment and hard work in that role, I was promoted to the rank of reserve sergeant in the summer of 2020. Outside of law enforcement I also serve on the board of the Charleston Music and Arts Collective as well as serve as a trustee & past noble grand with Odd Fellows Kanawha lodge #25.
