As a Customer Service Administrator, at Advantage Technology I am responsible for performing routine administrative tasks including dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from customers and employees. Performing administrative tasks as required in particular those relating to customer relations. Ensuring that customers receive an excellent service from Advantage Technology in all aspects of our service. Assisting the other members of the admin team when needed and ensuring the smooth running of the Advantage Technology office.

In my free time, I like to enjoy my amazing children Alexander, Jocelyn, Stephen, family and friends. I also love football Dallas Cowboys, volunteering for Capital High School Lacrosse team, and writing.
