Some routine, preventative actions can not or should not be automated, Quarterly Manual Maintenance has our highly trained technicians perform those action on a regular basis. The purpose of Quarterly Manual Maintenance is to ensure the long-term health of your IT infrastructure and reduce the likelihood of unexpected downtime, data loss, and unplanned expenses. At the onset of a managed service relationship, a system is developed to generate service tickets with a set number of tasks for our technicians and account managers to perform during a specific period. These tasks include on-site maintenance, ongoing support, and reoccurring improvements to your hardware.
Additional manual maintenance includes regularly cleaning up your IT environment and making appropriate system changes as needed. These tasks include but are not limited to removing old users from Active Directory, limiting the domain administrators for security purposes, security policy changes and lockout policy changes. Also included in the scope of our quarterly remote maintenance is the test of backup success – restoring sample data as a quality assurance measure for backup data integrity.
