I used this opportunity to discuss just how important phone systems are to a business and ways you can actually save money by allowing Advantage Technology to assess your systems and install a new one.
On November third, I was invited by the FBI’s Infragrad Coordinator, Michelle Pirtle, to present information concerning data security and cybercrime. Michelle is a special agent that travels the country to inform business about the proper measures to take when faced with a cybercrime attack. This meeting featured guest speakers from the Infragrad Partnership for Protection and others that were from surrounding businesses in the IT field.
Friday night was bowling night for Advantage Technology! The Advantage Technology crew met up at Venture Lanes in St. Albans and bowled until they kicked us out.

Spammers are now stooping lower than ever by targeting American college graduates in search of relief from their heaping student loans. Recently, a group of spammers has targeted college students by sending out spam mail with the promise of reducing their student debt.
Life has ended for the Samsung Galaxy Note7. On October 15th, the U.S Department of Transportation (DOT) issued a ban on all Samsung Galaxy Note7 phones due to problems with battery overheating and serious fire hazards. This means, you can’t fly with one, or even have one shipped to you. Samsung recalled more than 2.5 million phones and they have discontinued the product earlier this week.
