As a Systems Administrator at Advantage Technology, I deal primarily with server related issues that exist both in the physical and virtual environments. I am also relied upon to diagnose and repair low to mid-level networking issues.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked on the HITS National Helpdesk providing IT support for the Federal Agency, HUD, which employs several thousands of people nationwide and in US Territories.
In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, watching football, and listening to tech related podcasts. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, our dog, and my 4 nephews.
