Todd Fowler

As a K-12 Project Manager at Advantage Technology, I will be overseeing all aspects of the K-12 Educational activities.  My focus will be on the NET Contract awarded to Advantage Technology by the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE).

I have worked in the IT industry for over 30 years in various roles including sales, consultation, service installation and repair, and training.  During the past 21 years, I have concentrated on the education vertical in West Virginia, successfully managing a multi-million contract held with the WVDE.

In my free time, I am actively involved in church and serving the Lord in any way possible.  I enjoy all facets of nature and love to be outside “taking it all in” whenever possible.  I have two grown-up sons, a beautiful and loving daughter, and a precious granddaughter.

Notable Achievements

  • Two mission trips to a village outside of Jeremie, Haiti. Helped build more classrooms, installation of a fresh-water well, and passing on my love of the Lord.
  • Developed, programmed, and maintained a .NET contract management web application. The major functions of this application involved sales quoting, service design and installation activities, customized invoicing, and federal E-Rate compliance and organization.
