In a further effort to give our customers ease of use, transparency, and responsiveness, we are introducing the all new customer portal. With the customer portal, you can do things that will make administering your account easier, right from your web browser. Your organization can even have multiple users with different roles and see information relevant only to them.
Here is a list of some of what is available to you via the portal:
- Service – Not only can you request service directly from the portal, you can also review open service orders, attach documents and screenshots and print all the details.
- Quotes – Request quotes directly from the site and then review them as soon as our inside account managers gather the prices. You can even print, accept or reject the quote right on the portal.
- Invoices – See and print the details on all your invoices, this includes an archive of all past invoices.
All of this is provided at no additional cost. The customer portal does require onboarding, which includes a 10-15 minute orientation and account setup.
