As a Network Technician at Advantage Technology, I support the stability and security of client infrastructure through scheduled remote maintenance and server patching. My role involves executing critical after-hours updates to minimize downtime for key accounts. Additionally, I provide dedicated network and end-user support for a high-volume law firm, troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues to ensure operational continuity.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I was working fulltime as a waitress.

In my free time, I enjoy watching horror films and testing out new recipes.
