Robert Ford
Client Services Administrator

As a Client Services Administrator at Advantage Technology, I leverage over 17 years of IT industry experience to deliver comprehensive technical support. I oversee the operational health of client environments, managing the maintenance of workstations, servers, network infrastructure, and data storage. My extensive background in complex hardware and network diagnostics allows me to rapidly resolve critical system failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction for our clients.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked for a little over 27 years at Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority, rising through ranks from EMT to Paramedic to Assistant Director of Support Services before finally deciding to retire in January. For the last 10 years, I led the procurement, installation, maintenance, and coordination of a 24/7 emergency network with multiple software applications, servers, workstations, laptops, and various types of networks.
After more than 20 years of coaching softball, baseball, wrestling, and football in my community, I now spend my free time enjoying my family and friends. I had always planned on joining Advantage Technology’s team, and now that it is a reality, I couldn’t be happier.
