As a Voice Administrator at Advantage Technology, I specialize in the deployment and management of enterprise telephony solutions. My primary focus is on installing and supporting ShoreTel phone systems, ensuring seamless communication channels for our clients. I also maintain the underlying server and network infrastructure that supports these voice applications, often utilizing remote diagnostic tools to provide rapid resolution to technical issues.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked primarily in medical IT, servicing doctors’ offices, clinics, and hospitals for over 10 years.
In my free time, I enjoy being involved with youth sports and spending time with my family.
