As a Lead Security Systems Administrator at Advantage Technology, I combine technical security expertise with a client-centric approach to operations. I specialize in bridging the gap between complex security infrastructure and customer business goals, translating technical risk into actionable insights. I drive results through proactive system management, adaptability in the face of evolving threats, and a commitment to professional excellence in every client interaction.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked for a local nursing home healthcare company in their IT department supervising help desk, along with imaging, configuring, and deploying all new desktops and laptops. I was responsible for the procurement of most all IT supplies for entire company. I also focused on shipping, interacting with vendors for invoices/contracts, and managed configurations of 200+ iPads, iPhones, and tablets across the company.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling to West Virginia’s numerous scenic destinations. I am an avid sports fan following my Chicago Cubs, the Marshall Thundering Herd, and Green Bay Packers. I also enjoy working on my Plex Server’s digital library of entertainment.
