As Regional VP of West Virginia at Advantage Technology, I assume executive responsibility for revenue generation, market expansion, and operational excellence within the state. I lead the strategic direction of the sales organization, driving performance against fiscal targets and forecasting market trends. My role involves cultivating a high-performance culture—mentoring Account Executives and optimizing sales operations—while acting as the primary strategist for client acquisition and the executive voice connecting the West Virginia market to corporate leadership.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I spent the last 12 years in the telecommunications Industry. From 2006-2010, I worked for the second-largest phone company in West Virginia as an Account Executive. From 2010-2018, I worked for the largest phone company in the state, the fourth largest in the entire United States, as an Account Executive.
In my spare time, I enjoy the game of baseball. I have always been passionate about baseball. From 2010-2017, I served as the Head Baseball Coach at Notre Dame High School in Clarksburg, WV. Following the 2017 season, it was time to step down and spend more time with my family. Now, my coaching job is my two sons’ teams. We also love to camp and fish. I currently reside with my wife and two sons in Stonewood, WV.
