I manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration—ensuring a seamless experience for our team. Beyond operational HR, I champion the company culture, orchestrating engagement initiatives and internal events that foster a collaborative, high-morale workplace environment.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I managed an industrial supply location for 12 years.

In my free time, I enjoy photography, crafting, and spending as much time as possible at the beach.
