As Vice President of Corporate Services at Advantage Technology, I provide strategic leadership across business operations, customer experience, human resources, and organizational development. During my more than 18 years with the company, I have played an integral role in its growth and long-term success, helping establish a reputation for service excellence throughout West Virginia and the eastern United States.

I am responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to more than 850 customers while leading initiatives that drive operational effectiveness, workforce development, and customer satisfaction. A key aspect of my role is recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding results and reinforce our commitment to excellence.
