As a Network Administrator at Advantage Technology, I manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures for a diverse client base. My core focus is the deployment and optimization of Voice over IP (VoIP) networks throughout West Virginia, specializing in the configuration and maintenance of Mitel and ShoreTel environments. Utilizing a hybrid support model, I perform both on-site engineering and remote network monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and connectivity for clients.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I was a blue-collar worker, who worked at a hardware store as a sales associate.

In my free time, I enjoy working outside, modifying vehicles and learning new things about technology.
