As a Principal Solutions Architect at Advantage Technology, I define the strategic technical direction for enterprise-grade telecommunications and IT infrastructure. I lead the design of complex Unified Communications ecosystems—ranging from legacy integrations to next-generation VoIP architectures—while establishing the governance standards for network infrastructure to ensure high-performance, scalable client environments.
Before coming to Advantage Technology, I was an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force. I also designed substations for American Electric Power for five years. I began working in telecommunications in 1999 as a project manager for a large ITS contractor, managing medium to large-scale infrastructure installations in the Mid-Atlantic region. After starting a family, I drew my focus to projects closer to home, traveling the state of West Virginia and managing projects in the education sector. I eventually began turning my focus towards the Charleston area and telephony.
In my free time, I enjoy playing music and spending time with my wife, three kids, and granddaughter.
