Justin Matney

With over 10 years of experience in telecommunications, I serve as a Senior Cable Tech Level 4 at Advantage Technology. I lead the installation of complex horizontal and backbone cabling solutions for schools and businesses across West Virginia. My expertise covers the full spectrum of infrastructure needs, including copper and optical fiber certification, fusion splicing, and the custom fabrication of EMT conduit pathways in both new construction and retrofit environments.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked at Pomeroy IT Solutions as a lead communications technician.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, playing guitar, and listening to all different styles of music (but mostly extreme metal).
