Justin Matney

As a communications technician at Advantage Technology, I install horizontal and backbone structured cabling in public schools and businesses across West Virginia. This includes copper cable installation, termination, and certification, optical fiber installation, fusion splicing, and certification, installing and configuring IP and analog camera systems, and bending and installing EMT conduit in both new construction and retrofit environments. I have 10 years’ experience in telecommunications.

Before coming to Advantage Technology, I worked at Pomeroy IT Solutions as a lead communications technician.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, playing guitar, and listening to all different styles of music (but mostly extreme metal).
