Here at Advantage Technology, we’re big believers in education and continuing education. Our team holds various secondary degrees and industry-recognized certifications from VMware, Microsoft, ShoreTel, Dell, Aruba Networks and Avaya. So when our friends at West Virginia Junior College asked if they could bring a group of student by to see how our company works and exposed them to real-world IT, we were happy to spend a little time with them.
Our President and CEO, Richard Wilbur, spent time talking with the students and learning about them. It’s always nice to meet new people looking to get into the IT industry. Next they spent a little time with our Solutions Director, Jonathan Knight. Jonathan was able to explain to them the current IT landscape. Finally, I spent atime answering the questions and letting them know what to expect in the field.
